Assembly glue and universal sealant with extraordinary initial grip and great final seal
First quality universal mounting adhesive and sealant based on a unique SMP technology, with very high initial hold and high speed of achievement of the final bonding strength. For bonding, mounting and sealing almost all materials (construction) on virtually all surfaces (both smooth and porous as well as non-porous). Very high initial grip. Super fast. Permanent elasticity.
Bonding: ex glass, stone, natural stone, concrete, numerous plastics, wood, plywood, iron, aluminum, zinc, steel, stainless steel and other metals, ceramic tiles, cork and mirrors. Mounting: Ex wooden slats, window sills, thresholds, strips, slabs, insulating material, plaster panels, polystyrene ornaments and borders. Sealing: internal applications for frames (in plastic), window sills, thresholds, plaster panels. Also suitable for sealing cracks in walls and ceilings. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and bitumen.
Very high final bonding strength. Permanent elasticity. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Recoatable (test beforehand). Good filling properties Resistant to temperatures between -40 ° C and + 100 ° C Resistant to water, UV rays and atmospheric agents. 100% glue (unshrinkable). Adheres to slightly damp surfaces. Solvent-free Insensitive to mold. Excellent adhesion without primer. Acid-free, odorless with reclosable spout.
Method of use
Bonding and assembly: cut the nozzle to a diameter of at least 0.5 cm. Sealing: cut the nozzle crosswise depending on the width of the joint. Gluing and assembly: apply the glue in strips or in punctiform (on 10-40 cm) and always at the corners and along the edges of the slabs. Apply the material within 10 minutes in the desired position and press firmly, otherwise fix gently with a rubber hammer. Tighten or fix heavy materials for 4 hours, as needed. Hand fixing completed after 30 minutes (the structure is now strong enough to be transported or subjected to a light load); maximum final bonding strength after about 4 hours, depending on the bonding surface and environmental conditions. Sealing: apply the glue evenly to the base of the joint and smooth within 10 minutes with the help of a damp spatula (soap-free water without lemon) or a finger. Smooth the vertical joints from bottom to top. Complete hardening after a few days (depending on the thickness of the layer). In case of overcoating with alkyd paint it is possible that the paint dries more slowly. Stains/Residues: To clean tools and remove damp glue residues, use turpentine. Dry glue residues can only be removed mechanically.
