Instructions and advice for use:

• Do not put oil or grease on the PEPITA surface
• Compared to the use of metal surfaces, with PEPITA temperatures and cooking times can be different. If you exceed the optimal times, you will hardly smell burnt, you will have as a result a too crunchy food.
• To bake, always place a sheet of baking paper on which you will place your preparations. This will also help you slide dishes more easily and avoid cleaning problems.
• Any incrustations and cooking residues that may settle on PEPITA can be eliminated with a spatula or knife. For periodic cleaning, you can cool it in the oven, rub it with an iron wool and rinse it with warm water.
