CHARACTERISTICS:

Pair of locks with detached pegs, straight deadbolts and cylinder protrusion 9 mm. The 8230 series locks are interchangeable with the most common roller shutter locks already installed. The reinforced deadbolt provides greater resistance to break-in attempts, making these locks ideal for installation on motorised roller shutters.

Description

Technical data:

Structure and internal components: galvanised steel.
Reinforced deadbolts: in 2 mm thick steel, folded back on themselves so as to obtain a total thickness of 6.5 mm. Stroke 24 mm.
Cylinder: solid brass cylinder

9 mm protruding for thicker and heavier dampers.

Keys: nickel-plated brass, symmetrical profile, 2 supplied; operating from outside or inside.
Mechanism:

brass plungers;
mushroom" brass counterpins against pick action;
phosphor bronze plunger springs.

Supplied with: detached pins.
On request: only for series with cylinder protrusion 9 mm, special versions with flanged deadbolts and loose pins:

Tanged deadbolts with loose pegs (.84).
