CHARACTERISTICS:

• Body: one-piece electro-polished stainless steel body, elliptical in shape, with no sharp edges; it clicks onto the trapezoidal anchor plate and is secured with 2 stainless steel screws (supplied) from inside the load compartment.
• 2 Anchor plates:

1. the first is crescent-shaped with a sturdy stainless steel conical pin that is fixed with 2 stainless steel bolts and 2 rivets (supplied) to the door that acts as a stop (in rear doors); or to the fixed part on the side of the load compartment (in sliding side doors);
2. the other trapezoid-shaped stainless steel one that is fixed, with 2 stainless steel bolts and 2 rivets (supplied), to the rebate door (in rear doors); or to the sliding side door of the load compartment.

• Cylinder: 7-pin brass cylinder, protected by anti-drill and anti-drill plate, in case-hardened, hardened, copper-plated, nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel.
• Keys: nickel-plated brass, with easy grip (even when wearing gloves) Viro Top Security profile keys, 3 included.

1. Versions available with patented profile keys (shape trademark) that can only be duplicated by Viro (profile.PB) or versions with keys that can only be duplicated by Viro Authorised Centres (profile.PV).

• Mechanism:

1. snap closure with hook lever in case-hardened, hardened and galvanised steel;
2. closing is automatic (without the use of a key) by pushing the leaf that comes into contact with the other, or by closing the sliding side door;
3. key can only be removed when "Van Lock" is closed;
4. possibility of keeping "Van Lock" in "always open" status with the key inserted and fully turned;
5. brass plungers;
6. mushroom" brass counterpins against pick action;
7. stainless steel plunger springs;
8. lock cover protection against weathering;
9. emergency release device from the inside (practically impossible to engage from the outside with burglary tools), in case the operator is accidentally locked in the load compartment.

1. anchor plates;
2. stainless steel screws, bolts, washers and rivets;
3. adhesive drilling template;
4. stainless steel shims (can also be ordered individually) to recover any misalignment between the doors;
5. anti-scratch rubber gasket.
