Uses
As an anticorrosive enamel with a glossy finish of great expansion and coverage. It is resistant to atmospheric agents, preserves color and brightness for a long time. Ideal for wood and iron artifacts. The base 3530.0001 can be colored using the Colormaker Professional System.

Methods of application

Environmental and support conditions:

1. Ambient temperature min + 5 ° C / max + 35 ° C U.R. <60%
2. Temperature support min + 5 ° C / max + 35 ° C and at least 3 ° C above the dew point

• Application method: Airless, roller, brush.
• Thinner 9110.0001, spray even with 9120.0004
• By brush to dilute with 9110.0001 at 5% maximum
• By spray gun to dilute with 9120.0004 at 5% maximum
• Airless:
• 1. Nozzle size inches 0,011-0.015"
  2. Pressure 120-160 bar.

• Spray gun:

1. Nozzle size mm 1,5
2. Pressure Atm 3 - 4

• Mix the product carefully, slowly adding the diluent to obtain the desired application viscosity.
• Theoretical yield 10-12 m² / l per coat at the optimum thickness of 35-45 microns.
