The massive Ø 74x0.8 cm steel plate can easily be placed on top of the Monolith Classic open grate. To regulate the heat use the double disc ventilation cap. Before initial use: the best results are obtained after conditioning the steel plate with a coat of oil and letting it burn. Weight 30 kg.
