In terms of quality, the Basic is in no way inferior to the Classic 2.0 Model. But it is clear to the eye of the beholder that some features and some finishing touches are missing. Equipped with the Fire Box Pro, however, it lacks the power system for inserting the pellets for smoking as well as the stainless steel bands of the base and lid.
